Join expat freelancers, online business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs for a special in-person Expat Business Club networking evening on October 6.
Most Expat Business Club events happen online.
That means people can join us from Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Düsseldorf – or wherever they happen to be.
But this October, we’re doing something different.
On October 6, Expat Business Club is coming to Berlin for one special in-person networking evening.
Expat business networking - without the awkward part.
Networking can be incredibly valuable when you’re building a business in another country.
You meet people who understand some of the challenges you’re dealing with. You exchange ideas. You discover businesses and skills you didn’t know existed. And sometimes one conversation turns into a collaboration, a client relationship or a connection that becomes valuable much later.
But networking doesn’t need to mean standing in a room delivering elevator pitches to strangers.
That’s not what we’re planning.
Our Berlin evening will have:
No presentations. No pitching. No awkward networking games.
Instead, we’re creating a relaxed environment where people can meet naturally, have good conversations and see where those conversations lead.
Who is the Berlin networking event for?
The evening is for internationals in Germany who are interested in building something of their own.
You might already be freelancing.
You might be running an online business.
You might have an idea you’re trying to turn into something real.
Or you might know you want to start your own business but haven’t figured out exactly what that looks like yet.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you walk through the door.
What matters is that you’re genuinely interested in entrepreneurship, freelancing or building your own business.
What is Expat Business Club?
Expat Business Club is a community for internationals building their own businesses in Germany.
Our networking events bring together people from different industries, backgrounds and stages of business – with one thing in common: they know what it’s like to navigate entrepreneurship while living abroad.
Usually, we meet online.
On October 6, we’re taking those conversations offline.
CONNECT. COLLABORATE. CELEBRATE.
That’s the idea behind the evening.
Connect with people you might otherwise never have met.
Collaborate when you discover that your businesses, skills or ideas fit together.
And celebrate the fact that building a business abroad deserves the occasional evening away from the laptop.

We’ll meet at a cocktail bar in Friedrichshain. The exact venue will be shared with registered participants a few days before the event.
Drinks can be ordered individually at the bar.
This is a special one-off in-person EBC event. Afterwards, our regular networking events will return online.
